Licensed in Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia, Tanya (a.k.a. Tatiana) is affiliated with Long & Foster’s award-winning Bethesda Gateway Office, with more years of billion-dollar sales than any other real estate office in the Washington, DC metro area.

Tanya is a CPA (Can), and prior to earning her real estate license, she worked for over 15 years serving clients in various industries – from Logistics and Transportation to Mining and Health Care.

While working in the financial field, Tanya obtained a wealth of knowledge and experience that she leverages as a Realtor®. Her unique attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to resolve difficult situations enable her clients to make informed decisions throughout the process. Using these skills along with her excellent negotiation strategies, Tanya advocates for her clients throughout their transactions and always ensures that “numbers make sense”. She helps her clients to decide the correct price point for their offer and negotiate on their behalf to ensure they receive the right solution.

Tanya has moved several times between the East and West coasts, so she understands firsthand the stresses of buying and selling real estate, and she works hard to make her clients’ experience as enjoyable and successful as possible.
